Service Description

Intermediate level participants can walk for at least 60 mins at a moderate pace and walk regularly. No poling experience necessary. This 6 session group is led by a certified UrbanPoling® instructor and will kick your usual walk into a full body workout. You will learn about trekking poles as well as proper use and techniques. In addition each class will include bodyweight resistance exercises, stretching, and weekly wellness tips.
